Hi there,
We are a Singapore registered company specializing in 3D Koi Art Sculptures.
All our koi sculptures are hand crafted by our artist Terance Chua.
Terance Chua is a Singapore artist with an unbridled passion for the arts, and a storied life as electric as his art pieces.
Terance was born in 1956 in a small kampong (village) north of Singapore. From a young age, Terance displayed keen interest and talent in art. He started with simple doodles on paper, progressing to chalk drawings, then complex experiments with paints, refining his brush technique and dipping his hands into a host of other artistic endeavours in his free time. Terance studied at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in the 70’s, and refined his craft at Japan’s prestigious Osaka Art College for a further 4 years.
In his adult years, Terance fell in love with aquatic life - specifically with koi, a species of fish that are synonymous in the Chinese culture with harmony, happiness, luck and energy. Terance would eventually blend his passions together, creating beautifully unique, mesmerising 3D koi sculptures that are popular with art collectors in Singapore and the region.
